Cleango was excited to launch their new website in the fall of 2023. And while their design partner did a great job of creating a clean (no pun intended) site that walks prospective customers through the process, the website needed quite a bit of copywriting help.
Cleango makes booking and managing commercial and residential cleaning services super simple, thanks to their deep knowledge of the industry and state-of-the-art technology. Part tech company and part cleaning experts, Cleango allows their clients and vendors to easily communicate with one another, schedule jobs, and manage payments in one place. The primary area of opportunity post-website redesign was to improve the copy. While the language was grammatically correct, it felt robotic and dry, leaving behind a huge opportunity for authentic brand connection. I recommended rewriting the copy on all of the website pages to ensure the tone accurately reflected the energy and passion that the team has for Cleango.
The Cleango website is robust and filled with information for potential customers. With dozens of pages and lots of information around how it works, what to expect, and various packages to review, the final copy document for the website was over 50 pages.
